Baloch independence leader and Supreme Commander of Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, has said in a statement to the media that the resistance of the Kashmiri people against the Punjabi occupation for their fundamental rights and freedom is an open expression of the fact that subjugated nations cannot be subdued by force.
He said that it is no longer possible for Islamabad to impose decisions on Kashmiris and other subjugated nations through coercion. “Free Kashmir” under Pakistan’s occupation is free only in name, but in reality, Punjab’s rule and supremacy is established in Kashmir. In the name of federation, Punjab’s supremacy has been imposed on subjugated nations and decisions about Kashmir are being made by secretary-level officers sitting in Islamabad instead of Kashmiris.
The Baloch leader said that oppression and massacre of Kashmiris is an expression of the fear of an unnatural state because it is no longer possible to maintain forcible domination over subjugated nations for a long time. The struggle against the supremacy of Punjab is the right of the oppressed nations and we support their struggle for sovereignty and freedom.
He said that the longer the oppressed nations take to rise against Pakistani occupation, the more they will have to suffer. The struggle for the right to freedom is the duty of the oppressed nations and we support the freedom struggle of the Kashmiris, Pashtuns and Sindhis morally and politically. The oppressed nations should consider the Baloch as their allies in the struggle for freedom, and the Baloch nation also hopes that other oppressed nations will not shy away from supporting the freedom struggle of Balochistan.
