Thus, capitalists and businessmen from all over the world are content with various trade agreements and make investments based on the market trend, but today we will discuss a ‘city of silence’ whose trend is completely different from the rest of the world.
This cemetery covers an area of about 4,000 square miles, where people from different nations, languages, and backgrounds are buried. The initial run of this city of silence was in the hands of just a few families, later its owner decided to lease it out more and thus, over time, the number of gravediggers here increased manifold. Over the past seven decades, this vast cemetery has been the property of just a few specific families and this place has proven to be no less than a ‘golden bird’ for these families. This is why the laying of a mourning row in someone’s house is no less than a festival for these gravediggers and organizers.
The business of these organizers and gravediggers largely depends on the fights and unrest in the neighboring villages. This is why these families also use their capital and influence to prolong these fights and invest heavily. From time to time, other big capitalists also turned to this cemetery, but they failed in the face of the nexus of these traditional gravediggers and could not achieve the desired results.
Now that the war has subsided in the neighborhood and there is hope for peace, these gravediggers seem quite worried. They are now looking for a new opportunity that can repopulate this silent city and continue their business. Not only that, but whenever the relatives of the deceased demand that the graves of their loved ones be cleaned, thorns removed from the roads and flowers placed on the shrines, the caretakers of this silent city become irritated.
But now times are changing; the residents and the general public of this area are now asking them questions. When the people demand their rights, these gravediggers threaten them and say, ‘Obey us, otherwise we will teach you a lesson and turn this entire silent city into a pile of ashes.’
These gravediggers still pray that people continue to die and that their black business continues, but they probably forget that the law of death is unchangeable and one day they too will have to be turned into dust by another gravedigger.
