This generation, which you are killing, is asking for its share of the sun and it will keep taking its share of the sun!
Every era gives birth to a generation, and every generation asks some questions of its era. Some generations become silent in the face of circumstances, some consider compromises as their destiny, but there are also some generations that learn to question, recognize their rights and then knock on the door of history.
Today’s generation is also standing at a similar juncture.
It faces deprivation, uncertainty, political chaos and countless questions about the future. But a new awareness is also emerging within it. This generation does not just want promises, does not just believe in slogans; it wants its own active role in its future.
“Asking for its share of the sun” does not just mean wishing for light, but it means that man is asking for his right to his share, his freedom, his dignity and the power over his future. This demand is not of any one individual or group, but of the collective voice of an entire generation.
Time has always proven that when new generations start taking their questions seriously, old systems cannot ignore them for long. Change does not always come with noise; sometimes it is born in silence, grows in consciousness and then one day takes the form of collective will.
Therefore, this generation cannot be silenced by simply saying that “everything will be fine when the time comes”; it must be included in the decisions of its future. It must be given the right to education, employment, political freedom, human dignity and a dignified future.
This generation is not asking for charity from anyone, it is asking for its share of light.
And it is a rule of history that generations that set out in search of their own light cannot be imprisoned in darkness forever.
This generation is asking for its share of sun and believe me, one day it will be carrying its share of sun!
