The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad in Pakistan has granted post-arrest bail to 96 accused including former senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, arrested in a case registered against Kashmir-related protests in Sector F-10.
The hearing on the bail applications filed by the accused arrested in the case was held by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain.
During the hearing, the court granted bail to all 96 accused arrested by the police and ordered each accused to submit bonds of Rs 5,500.
After the court’s decision, the way has been paved for the release of all 96 people arrested in the Kashmir-related protests case.
