Global crude oil prices have been steadily rising due to persistent tensions between the United States and Iran, attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf region, and threats to shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

Additionally, attacks by the Houthis in Yemen and concerns regarding the regional security situation have further heightened uncertainty surrounding the global energy supply.
