US to send world’s largest aircraft carrier to Middle East to pressure Iran

The US is also sending a second aircraft carrier to the Middle East to pressure Iran into a nuclear deal.

US President Donald Trump has said that the world’s largest aircraft carrier, the USS Gerald R. Ford, is being sent from the Caribbean to the Middle East, where it will join the already existing US war fleet.

It should be noted that the USS Abraham Lincoln and its accompanying guided missile destroyers are already deployed in the region.

On Friday, Donald Trump said that regime change in Iran would be the “best thing ever.”

The US president did not say who he would like to see lead Iran, but he did say that “there are people” who can take power.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khomeini has not yet commented on Trump’s statement.

Trump also said that “they have been talking for 47 years, while we have lost many lives during that time.”
