A massive public protest demonstration was held in Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir under the auspices of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee Bagh against the alleged imperialist aggression against the Iranian people by Israel and the United States.

The protesters expressed their solidarity with the people of Iran by raising strong slogans against the imperialist powers in the form of a rally and a meeting.

The protest rally began from Khan Chowk, where the rally participants marched through different routes of the city, raising slogans in favor of imperialism and the Iranian people.

The rally reached Imambargah Bagh after passing through different areas of the city, from where the protesters proceeded towards Haideri Chowk in the form of a procession, raising revolutionary and protest slogans.

Meanwhile, they met another protest procession coming from the market, after which the two processions merged with each other and the air of Bagh city echoed with slogans against imperialist aggression and colonialism.

Later, the protesters gathered at Haideri Chowk Bagh and turned into a large protest rally.

Addressing the protest rally, Abid Shaheen, core member of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee, presented various resolutions, which were unanimously approved by the protest participants by raising their hands.

The resolutions passed in the meeting stated that the gathering strongly condemns the aggression against Iran by the United States and its ally Israel.

It was further demanded that war crimes cases be initiated against US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the International Court of Justice and that they be punished accordingly.

The resolutions also demanded that an immediate ceasefire be established and peace talks be initiated, and that world powers be forced to abandon their war madness and adopt the path of peace.

The gathering appealed to Arab countries to announce the immediate closure of US military bases in their respective countries.

The protesters also called on human rights organizations and peace-loving countries around the world to step forward and play a role in stopping the aggression of the US and its allies, as the current war situation could pose a threat to the peace of the entire world.

The gathering called on the countries of South Asia, especially Pakistan and India, not to become part of the wars of US imperialism under any circumstances, as the countries of the region are already suffering from problems such as poverty, ignorance, unemployment and lack of medical facilities, and further war conflicts will increase the difficulties of the people.
