Unknown individuals have attacked the Federal Constabulary camp in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan using a quadcopter, in which five personnel were injured.
According to a spokesperson for the Karak police, the injured personnel were being transferred to the hospital in a rescue ambulance when the ambulance was fired upon again on the way.
According to the spokesperson, three personnel were killed on the spot, while five people, including a rescue personnel, were injured in the attack.
The deceased include Lance Naik Adil Khan, Sepoy Ain Khan and Sepoy Murad Gul.
According to the spokesperson, the injured include Havaldar Sabir, Sepoy Amin, Sepoy Zohaib, Sepoy Murad and Sepoy Yousuf.
The injured have been immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, while security has been tightened in the area. Police and law enforcement agencies have launched an operation to search for the attackers.
