The release of former member of the National Assembly of Pakistan Ali Wazir on bail from Sukkur Jail has been delayed once again due to technical reasons.
According to his lawyer Imdad Solangi, the circuit bench of the Sindh High Court in Hyderabad had granted Ali Wazir bail on March 10 and ordered his release, but despite this, his release has not been implemented yet.
Imdad Solangi says that despite the clear orders of the court, some “unseen technical reasons” are hindering the release.
He raised the question that when the court has ordered his release, then who is responsible for keeping Ali Wazir in jail?
According to the lawyer, legal proceedings are underway for the full implementation of the court order and it is hoped that Ali Wazir will be released soon after all the technical steps are completed.
