According to important official sources, during his tenure, he had declared four rooms on the second floor of the three-storey official guest house in Kashmir House as “annexes” of the Prime Minister’s House. A notification was also issued in this regard, which was kept secret. A copy of this notification is available only with the Department of Services and General Administration and the then Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister.
