There is a clear ban on display of weapons and aerial firing under the National Action Plan, however, the ground realities are opposite to this. There have been reports of damage to several houses as a result of indiscriminate firing at weddings. At many places, tin roofs have been ripped open due to bullets, causing severe panic and fear among the citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the local population, the firing late at night is causing severe anxiety among children, women and the elderly, while there is a fear of loss of life at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The worrying thing is that the administration seems to be silent on this situation and so far there are no signs of any effective action.
