According to the local police, workers of the Joint Public Action Committee and members of the core committee have also been arrested from Muzaffarabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IG Police Pakistan-administered Kashmir has made it clear that no person, group or element involved in illegal activities will be allowed to commit violence, incitement, use of incendiary weapons, block roads, damage public property or affect the normal life of citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may be recalled that an official of the Home Department of Pakistan-administered Kashmir had told the BBC on condition of anonymity that a list of more than 250 individuals has been prepared who are said to be the leading leaders of the Joint Public Action Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
