In short, after the formation of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir government, a legislative assembly was established here under an interim constitution, making this area a base camp for the independence of the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir. Let us first take a look at the constitutional and administrative evolution of this legislative assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir government was announced on October 24, 1947, but in the initial years, the state was administered under a limited government structure and there was no regular elected legislative assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 28, 1949, the Karachi Agreement was signed between the Government of Pakistan, the Government of Azad Kashmir and the All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference. Under this agreement, defense, foreign affairs, representation of the Kashmir issue in the United Nations, full Pakistani government authority over Gilgit-Baltistan, communications and other important matters were entrusted to Pakistan, while the Azad Kashmir government was given the responsibility of only the local administrative affairs of Azad Kashmir. During the same period, the separate army of Azad Kashmir was also gradually integrated into the Pakistan Army and Pakistan took over the full responsibility of defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1970, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Act was enacted, which paved the way for the establishment of an elected Legislative Assembly for the first time and general elections were held. Later, the Interim Constitution of 1974 laid the foundation for the current constitutional structure of Azad Kashmir, under which the President, Prime Minister, Legislative Assembly and other constitutional institutions were formed. In the same constitutional system, 12 reserved seats were also included for the refugees of Jammu and Kashmir living in Pakistan so that they could also get representation in the political process of the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the administrative and constitutional system of Azad Kashmir is basically running under the Interim Constitution of 1974, while defense, foreign affairs and international matters related to the Kashmir issue continue to be the responsibility of the Government of Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of discussing questions like where, what and why are there mistakes in it or what should be done, the politics that was introduced only to run the local administrative affairs of Azad Kashmir and its effects are standing before us today in the form of the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first culture of local politics was destroyed and in this regard, the federal jurisdiction was strengthened, in which the 12 seats of refugees from Jammu and Kashmir in Pakistan are at the top. Using these twelve seats as a political weapon, every government and establishment sitting in the federation started forming governments in Azad Kashmir according to their own will and intention, and gradually Pakistani political parties were also made regular registered political parties in Azad Kashmir and a new era began in Azad Kashmir, which people now call a race camp of disrespectful power compared to the base camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first disadvantage of this was that the attention and interest of politicians here will be towards the owners of Pakistan’s political firms and the establishment instead of the people of Azad Kashmir. Since when the federation and the establishment are forming the government according to their own will, the time for the people’s vote slip is reduced to zero, so the door through which the government is formed and ministries are allotted, that door has become sacred. A regular race began among these politicians to flatter the federation, which is still ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this race for power, everyone focused only on corruption and luxury, and as a result, only the market for federal flattery remained hot, and neither any kind of legislation could be made, nor could the representatives sitting on the seats of the refugees of Jammu and Kashmir do a single penny on the Kashmir issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that according to the interim constitution of Azad Kashmir, the Azad Kashmir Assembly does not have any kind of authority over the Kashmir issue, but in this regard, the Pakistani government has all the responsibilities of the Kashmir issue. That is, these twelve seats of the refugees of Jammu and Kashmir should in principle be in the Pakistan Assembly and not in the Azad Kashmir Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result of this was that local political workers disappeared and only flattering and corrupt followers started to emerge whose only job was to collect schemes, zakat and contracts, and whoever had connections in the federation came to power here and these political followers always became with everyone. Thus, the foundation of the government of these politicians was the federation instead of the people of Azad Kashmir, so instead of the people’s deprivations and problems, it became more important to take the pride of the federal powerful circle. Thus, hatred of these politicians began to arise among the people of Azad Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kashmir Jihad had ended and Pakistani decision-makers had decided on Kashmir for themselves decades ago. A fence had been built on the Line of Control with the help of the Pakistani authorities. People were seeing and feeling everything, but they were still silent due to tribes, communities and relationships, and their distrust of these politicians was growing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people of Azad Kashmir are organized in tribes. Initially, public hatred was spent by dividing it into tribes, communities, regions, etc. Then the era of social media came and people not only had increased connections and information with each other, but people started paying attention to the basic needs of a human society. For some time, people kept shouting slogans on the basis of schools, colleges, roads, etc., but when people came to know that all this was public money, the tradition of politicians accepting favors at will also started dying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At different times, instead of local development and improvement and public welfare, federal flattery was respected by these politicians, so the public had completely lost trust in them, but still these politicians were somehow breathing in the natural organization of the tribe and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then In August 2019, India annexed occupied Kashmir with the understanding of the Pakistani authorities. This was a fire that no citizen of the state could digest and millions of lives and honor were sacrificed against it. The people had hopes from their rulers that they would protest and rise up against the conspiracy of state division. The people continued to protest on this hope, but when they saw complete silence and complacency from these politicians, the people’s hatred for these politicians became unwavering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are the circumstances where politics began to be understood as federal bootlicking instead of public welfare and in this bootlicking race, oaths of loyalty were taken by taking the feet of the Pakistani authorities for power and changing political parties or forming new parties for power became the norm and the federation became the center of these politicians’ empty promises instead of the people of Azad Kashmir. In this situation, people started raising their voices in their respective areas on public issues and politicians remained completely indifferent to public issues and busy in licking the boots of the federation. Slowly, public action committees started coming into existence and finally the establishment of Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee was implemented with full public support and strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee was an open declaration that the political system in Azad Kashmir had ended, had died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The demands of Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee were the basic human needs of the citizens of Azad Kashmir. Such needs which were the sole responsibility of the governments of Azad Kashmir to provide. When the people organized themselves in action committees and came out for their rights, at that time these politicians realized their death but they still did not come to their senses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of apologizing to the public, repenting from their corruption and extravagances and presenting themselves in the public court, these politicians found a new way to keep themselves alive and started making allegations like Indian agents, anti-nationals, and anti-Pakistan against the Public Action Committee. That is, they started telling the people of Azad Kashmir that the provision of basic human rights in Azad Kashmir is an Indian agenda. This low and negative attitude of these politicians, who are immersed in the lust for power and corruption, made the people even more suspicious and the people became completely indifferent to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These politicians still did not use their common sense and started pleading with the Pakistani authorities to remove the Action Committee from our path, even if they kill them, but clear our path because they are making the people aware and the people are not only questioning our corruption and extravagances but will now start calling us a scoundrel in public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These politicians, in order to protect their corruption and luxuries, have called the legitimate, legal and democratic struggle of the common man for his fundamental rights terrorism, anti-Pakistan, nationalism, Indian agency and I don’t know what else, and have grabbed the feet of the Pakistani rulers, saying, “Get rid of these people.” They have even started saying that these are groups and these nationalists are leading them and tomorrow they will make this an independent Kashmir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, they have grabbed the feet of the Pakistani rulers, called the public rights movement terrorists to hide their corruption and luxuries, and sent Pakistani forces to Azad Kashmir and created the conditions of Srinagar and Gaza. But instead of being suppressed by these measures, the people have become more organized, and thanks to these cruel measures of the Pakistani forces to continue the corruption and luxuries of these politicians, public hatred has started to grow not only for these politicians but also for the Pakistani rulers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation in Azad Kashmir has been transformed into that of Srinagar and Gaza, and even in these circumstances, the lust for power of these politicians is in front of you all, what are they not doing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of supporting the people of Azad Kashmir in their movement for basic human rights, the Pakistani authorities rushed to save these corrupt and extravagant politicians of Azad Kashmir and were forced to raise examples of the atrocities of India and Israel in Azad Kashmir to the Kashmiris all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pakistani authorities made the biggest mistake in history by turning Azad Kashmir into Gaza to protect the lust for power and corruption of these corrupt politicians. The Pakistan that the Kashmiris not only considered as their elder brother and lawyer, today is not only protesting all over the world calling it a murderer, but because of this historical mistake, the Pakistani state had created the Kashmir ideology after a lot of investment and diplomacy over the past 75 years regarding the Kashmir issue, today the Pakistani authorities have made the same Kashmir ideology upside down in front of the world with their own hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they were not accomplices in the crime, as if they were informers, these political aunts are all silent and are receiving individual hatred from the people and will do more. This is the real election that is being held to see who the people are with here. Earlier, their illusion was of community, clan, tribe, people were silent, they were not with them but they were silent, whenever they played the drums, people would come. But this did not come to their attention because these politicians do not ask for it\u2026 These people who call them scoundrels, these are not even worthy of it. Animals are much better creatures than them, by God, look at their character, they have not seen anything like community, family, tribe, sympathy, relationship, state, citizenship. Allah Almighty has created very loyal creatures among animals too, dogs and There is much better in the world than these human-like things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of protecting the corruption and extravagance of these political aunts of Azad Kashmir, making more mistakes and foolishness, putting the Kashmir ideology on its head and providing opportunities for the whole world to point fingers at Pakistan, the Pakistani authorities should sit with the people of Azad Kashmir. It has been proven that the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee is the real spokesperson of the people and today it has been more than a month that millions of people have been protesting in favor of their basic human and repeatedly recognized demands from the federal government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of further worsening the environment with terrorist and other titles, the Pakistani authorities should touch the Kashmiri people on the chest. Instead of shooting and arresting the people for their demand for basic human rights, these political aunts should be reined in by providing basic human rights to the people and not considering the people as enemies and traitors of Pakistan because of these political aunts. There is still time to protect the corruption and extravagance of these corrupt political aunts, instead of shedding the blood of innocent and sincere Kashmiris, we should embrace them and increase brotherhood and love for them, keeping in mind that Kashmiris have filled the martyrs’ graveyard in Srinagar, but are still not ready to bow down before the cruelty of guns and are fighting against Indian domination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kashmiri blood is full of dying while fighting against oppression, being wiped out and resisting. Putting the people of the state under further test to protect the corruption and extravagance of these corrupt politicians of Azad Kashmir will be a historic mistake of the Pakistani authorities, the punishment of which is written on the wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
