According to critics, cases of alleged fraud worth crores of rupees came to light from cigarette factories in Bhimber and Mirpur during the Rathore government, while claims of more than 100 deaths and hundreds of injuries were also made in various incidents. During the same period, cases were registered against thousands of people, internet shutdown in a large part of the state for about three months, problems with telephone service and continuous protests in different districts were also part of the political debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Political opponents allege that these circumstances have severely damaged the state writ, law and order and public confidence, while the election results of the Haveli Kahuta seat and allegations of alleged vote rigging have also made the elections controversial.
