It has been two months since the arrest of Shaukat Nawaz Mir, a core member of the Joint Public Action Committee in Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir, but according to sources, he has not yet been produced before the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources say that clear information has not been revealed about where Shaukat Nawaz Mir was transferred after his arrest and where he is currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal and public circles are raising questions about Shaukat Nawaz Mir\u2019s long detention and lack of court appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The circles say that if any case or legal proceedings are pending against him, he should be produced before the court as per the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public circles have demanded that clear information be provided about Shaukat Nawaz Mir\u2019s arrest and current situation and that he be produced before the court as per constitutional and legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
