National Citizens Party (NCP) candidate Naheed Islam won the Dhaka 11 constituency in the election and has formed an alliance with Jamaat-e-Islami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to BBC Bangla, he has unofficially won and received a total of 93,872 votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His nearest rival, BNP candidate MA Qayyum, received 91,833 votes, 2,039 votes less than Naheed Islam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dhaka Divisional Commissioner Sharafuddin Ahmed Chowdhury announced the results on Friday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
