There is no solution in the light of UN resolutions for the divided parts of Jammu and Kashmir! Especially for those shouting slogans of autonomy and independence within the so-called Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
UN resolutions are only an FIR due to which the issue of Jammu and Kashmir is alive.
According to UN resolutions, Jammu and Kashmir is a disputed territory between India and Pakistan. The decision of which will be made through a plebiscite, like what happened in Junagadh and Hyderabad.
According to the resolutions, the people of Jammu and Kashmir will express their opinion only through their vote whether they want to be a part of India or Pakistan. Therefore, the people of Jammu and Kashmir are not parties to this issue.
It is very important for the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir to register this dispute between India and Pakistan as an “FIR” in the United Nations because this “FIR” has kept this issue alive for the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. And there is still an opportunity for the divided and oppressed people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir to prove themselves as the main parties and to occupy both the countries.
For this, communication and dialogue between the people of all the divided regions of the state of Jammu and Kashmir is necessary. So that first of all the people of the divided regions of the state of Jammu and Kashmir can freely discuss with each other.
Until all the regions of the state of Jammu and Kashmir are united, neither the state can become a part of India nor can it become a part of Pakistan. Nor can the people of the state force the UN Security Council as a third or main party to bring a new resolution in the United Nations to enforce any other option.
