The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), an armed organization active for the liberation of Balochistan, has accepted the responsibility of detaining Deputy Director of Pakistan’s Airport Security Force Waseem Ahmed.
In a brief statement issued to the media, the organization’s spokesperson Jayand Baloch said that Deputy Director and Commanding Officer of the Airport Security Force (ASF) of the Ministry of Defense of the occupying Pakistan, Waseem Ahmed, is in our custody.
He said that BLA operatives detained him after identifying him on the main highway of Kalat. This operation was carried out on the basis of confidential information provided by the BLA’s Intelligence Wing Zarab.
According to the spokesperson, more details will be released to the media soon.
The organization has also released a photo of the detained officer Waseem Ahmed.
