The remaining 35 people arrested in the FIR registered for protesting in favor of Kashmir at F-10 Markaz in Islamabad were presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad after the identity parade was completed.
The police submitted the identity parade report to the court, according to which Nadeem Ahmed Khokhar son of Muhammad Ramzan (serial number 91) was declared discharged, while the remaining 34 people, including 4 women, were declared nominated in the case.
The police requested for 30-day physical remand of the accused, on which the lawyers of the parties presented arguments.
While pronouncing the verdict, the court handed over the 30 accused to the police on 3-day physical remand, while rejecting the request for physical remand of the women and sending them on judicial remand.
The court ordered all the accused to be re-appeared on August 27, 2026.
