Appealing to further advance the struggle for public rights in Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee member Sardar Umar Nazir Kashmiri has said that the people and overseas Kashmiris should continue the protest and strengthen the sit-ins.
Sardar Umar Nazir Kashmiri said, “We are serious about negotiations and we have arguments regarding our demands, however, agreements were made with us before, so no one should be complacent.”
He said that whatever decision is taken in the future, it will be made in consultation with the people and the blood of the martyrs will not be betrayed.
He urged the people of Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir and the Kashmiris living abroad to unite and continue their struggle until their rights are achieved.
