The head of the intelligence organization of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Majid Khademi, was killed in a US and Israeli attack.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have confirmed that their intelligence chief has been killed in US and Israeli strikes.
According to the Revolutionary Guards, Majid Khademi was targeted by US and Israeli forces on Monday morning.
Majid Khademi was appointed as the intelligence chief of the Revolutionary Guards in June last year. At that time, its head, Mohammad Kazemi, was killed in an Israeli strike.
Khademi had accused the US and Israel of instigating anti-government protests in Iran this year.
