People should stock up on ration for a month, the June 9 protest will be peaceful with no state interference, the JKJAAC issued a statement

The Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JKJAAC) Muzaffarabad Division issued its statement after the meeting in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir.

The statement was read out by Corps Member Shaukat Nawaz Mir, in which it was said that the Joint Awami Action Committee, as per the Dadial statement, will impose a complete lockdown in Muzaffarabad Division like the other two divisions.

The statement said that important committees will be formed in the name of the Administrative Committee, Coordination Committee, Finance Committee and Media Committee to welcome the long march and carry out other matters as the host.

According to the statement, a regular SOP will be formulated and whoever does not follow this SOP, the Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee will have no connection with it.

Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee appeals to the people of Muzaffarabad division to stock up on essential items and at least one month’s ration.

The announcement also appealed to the philanthropists to help the needy and deserving classes around them.

The announcement further said that the call given on June 9 is completely peaceful, however, if any kind of adventure is taken by the government or any institution, then a complete lockdown will be imposed across the state at the same time.
