Iran claims to have targeted US military bases in Jordan, Qatar and Oman

In response to the US attacks, Iran has claimed to have targeted US military bases in Jordan, Qatar and Oman.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have claimed that the command and control center of the US air base in Jordan and the MQ drone hangar have been destroyed in response to the US attack.

According to Iran’s official news agency ‘IRNA’, the Revolutionary Guards have said that the US military provoked several ships on an illegal route south of the Strait of Hormuz, but the blunt response of the Iranian naval forces prevented it.

The statement said that the US military carried out airstrikes on several coastal bases and telecommunications towers on the southern coast in an attempt to compensate for this failure. “As we promised, it received a swift and decisive response to its aggression.”

The Revolutionary Guards said in a statement that it had targeted and intercepted a second aircraft carrier in the Strait of Hormuz in response to US attacks on southern Iranian cities.

The statement added that “in the second phase of the retaliation, the US Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar was targeted with ballistic missiles and the fighter jet repair and maintenance center as well as the command and control center at the base were destroyed.”

According to Iran’s Fars news agency, the Revolutionary Guards claimed that in a severe and sudden attack, logistical support centers and fuel supply platforms for US aircraft carriers in the Omani port of Duqm were destroyed.
