The internet service shutdown in various areas of Pakistan-administered Kashmir has completed 62 days, due to which the people are facing severe difficulties in education, business, online banking, government affairs and daily communication.
On the other hand, the protest sit-ins, shutter-down and wheel jam movement have also completed 58 days.
Protest circles claim that 100 people have lost their lives during this period while thousands have been injured.
The protest leadership has said that the current election process is not transparent and the state institutions are making the candidates of their choice successful, while according to them, the people have rejected such candidates.
